Meet Dr. Unnatti Jain

Founder, bridging generations

AUTHOR | RELATIONSHIP COACH | TEDX SPEAKER | BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST

Dr. Unnatti Jain is a behavior change expert, coach, educator, author, and speaker who has dedicated her work to helping people better understand themselves and one another. With a doctorate in Leadership and Change and over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, young adults, leaders, and organizations, she brings together expertise in human behavior, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal growth.

At the heart of Unnatti's work is a simple belief: strong relationships don't happen by accident. They grow when we learn to understand different perspectives, communicate with intention, and remain open to learning from one another.

That belief is certainly reflected in her professional work.

It is also profoundly personal for her as well, it’s what drives her passion for helping others.

As a mother, Unnatti has experienced the value of building and maintaining a close relationship with her son, Tarang, as he has grown into adulthood. Their relationship has evolved with them and is now rooted in communication, mutual respect, trust, and a willingness to understand one another across different stages of life. For Unnatti, that relationship is more than something she treasures personally. It reflects what she believes is possible when people make understanding and connection a priority.

Over years of coaching individuals and families, working with young adults, and helping people navigate change, Unnatti began recognizing that these challenges—and opportunities—need to extend far beyond the home. The need to feel heard and understood doesn't disappear when we enter the workplace. Different experiences, expectations, communication styles, and perspectives shape relationships between colleagues, across teams, and between leaders and employees just as surely as they shape relationships within families.

That realization expanded the reach of her work.

Today, Unnatti brings that same relationship-centered approach to businesses and organizations, helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, navigate differences, and create environments where people across generations can contribute, connect, and thrive.

Those experiences ultimately shaped a larger question: What becomes possible when we stop allowing generational differences to divide us and start learning how to understand one another?

That question is at the heart of Bridging Generations.

Her book Parent–Teen Journey supports families in navigating communication, identity, and growth together, and in 2025 she expands her impact with her upcoming book, Everything Begins With You, a powerful reminder that change, connection, and belonging always start from within.
